If you're not yet Member of I.S.D.V.M.A. and wish to qualify for saving on registration fees, please note that registering to the Association before paying for the Symposium will permit you to save money : the sum of the Symposium registration for I.S.D.V.M.A. Members plus I.S.D.V.M.A. annual membership is cheaper than the costs for attending Bergamo Symposium and not being an I.S.D.V.M.A. Member.
Both Voting or Associate I.S.D.V.M.A. annual memberships for 2013 costs $ 60.00 ( = € 45 at current exchange rates). This annual dues includes the quarterly newsletter "ISDVMA Report", a membership patch, discounts on publications (including proceedings from previous meetings and the popular "Musher / Veterinary Handbook"), and discounts on clothing items.
1) How to register for I.S.D.V.M.A. Bergamo Symposium
- Registration of all participants (including speakers) to the ISDVMA 2013 Bergamo Symposium must be done sending this REGISTRATION FORM via website, from May 1 to October 31, 2013. After registration, be sure to pay for the corresponding fee category (ISDVMA Member / Not ISDVMA Member / Veterinary student), in order to receive the official "Confirmation of the registration and payment status" you need to enter the Symposium venue.
- Late registrations will be accepted only on wednesday, November 6, 2013 (08:00 - 09:00 AM), "on site" at the Registration Desk of the Symposium venue - Sala Galmozzi, via Torquato Tasso 4, Bergamo - after payment of the corresponding fee and presentation of a paper copy of the REGISTRATION FORM (available at the Registration Desk).
2) How to pay the registration fees for I.S.D.V.M.A. Bergamo Symposium
- Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.

3) How to get a Confirmation of registration for I.S.D.V.M.A. Bergamo Symposium
- A printable official "Confirmation of registration and payment status" will be sent by email to the individual that requests registration, only when the corresponding payment is received by the Symposium Organizing Committee Secretariat.
- Participants should bring the letter of confirmation when presenting at the Registration desk, to be admitted at the Symposium venue.
4) How to cancel a registration for I.S.D.V.M.A. Bergamo Symposium
- The Symposium Organizing Committee Secretariat must be notified of any cancellations of registration with an email sent to isdvmabergamo@gmail.com .
- The deadline for cancellation of registration is October 15, 2013 and no refunds can be made for cancellations after that date.
- Payments will be refunded after the Symposium.
